Many people may know that the liver  is an organ that plays an important role in detoxifying and removing bad things from the body. However, this does not mean that the liver can withstand all kinds of toxic things. The more bad things the body receives, the harder the liver has to work. The harder we use our bodies, the faster the liver deteriorates than we think, and this leads to many frightening illnesses.

Dr. Huang Xuan, a Taiwanese doctor, published an article about 4 habits that damage the liver. These are habits that many people do until they are used to them. But they are habits that are harmful to the liver. He recommends changing your behavior before it is too late.

  1. Sleeping late  is a basic habit that leads to many illnesses. Many people may not think that sleeping late can make the liver work harder because sleeping late results in a lowered body immunity, causing stress and irritability. The liver has to work harder to help eliminate toxins and waste. Patients with hepatitis or in some severe cases, liver cancer have a history linked to the habit of sleeping late.
  2. Drinking alcohol is definitely the main cause of liver damage. As the liver has to work harder to eliminate the alcohol we drink. Drinking alcohol continuously for a long time has many negative effects on the ยูฟ่าเบท body. In mild cases, it will cause some liver cells to be lost. But if it is severe, permanent damage to a large number of liver cells will occur and may even develop into “cirrhosis”.  Which may further develop into  “liver cancer”.

  3. Taking too much medicine  Taking too many medicines and taking medicine without a doctor’s advice can directly harm the liver. As the body’s detoxification organ, the liver is involved in metabolizing almost all medicines. Recommendations for many medicines also indicate that an adverse reaction to a particular medicine has affected liver function. Therefore, taking medicine arbitrarily or taking too much medicine without a doctor’s advice is more harmful to the liver than staying up late.
  4. Eating too much. Reading up to this point, foodies may be shocked because eating too much of certain foods can easily harm the liver. Such as eating a lot of meat, three meals a day, and eating a lot of high-calorie, high-sugar, and high-fat foods. Eating too much of this causes fat to be squeezed into liver cells. Which may develop into “fatty liver” over time. Severe fatty liver disease will eventually destroy liver function.
