Using internal links on Etsy within product descriptions is an important piece both for customer experience and for SEO and relevancy. But copying and pasting the full URL you see when you’re on a listing page isn’t really the best way to present them.
Keep those internal links on Etsy short & sweet
Since more and more people are shopping using a mobile device, screen space is premium, so use it for your description. Pasting a really long link that includes unnecessary (for you and the customer) parameters is, frankly, a cluttered waste of that space. One line is sufficient, two is bordering on too much, and three or more… Well, that warrants a visit from the Link Police.
